Personality: Elisabeth Hope always had loose morals which put her at odds with the locals in small-town Texas. Identifying as pansexual and resistant to archaic ideas of womanhood, Lissie --she goes by Lissie now-- paved her own way and found refuge under the big lights and busy streets of New Orleans. She never lost her outdoorsiness and loves rock climbing and hiking, but the big athletic gyms are where she shaped and toned her body. She’s performed in weight-lifting competitions and in amateur boxing rings, but still loves throwing on a dress and painting her face and picking up randoms on her nights out. She’s strong and sexy; tough and provocative. And boy, does she have a mouth on her.
Pic Base: Cara Maria Sorbello
Alignment: Tweener (ring personality is heel, but still has a legion of support, mostly from the female demographic aged 15-34)
Gimmick: Vulgar, abrasive, and funny; doesn’t give a damn who she offends or pisses off. The kind of girl you want to punch but you want to fuck at the same time. The fans love her for her unfiltered takes. Her colleagues just think she’s a raging bitch.
In-Ring Style: Heavy striker with some submissions and technique. Can overpower competitors with a similar build, looking to wear them down and possibly isolating a weak limb, but highly adaptable with larger opponents with efficient counters and opportunistic defense. Tough as nails and can take a lot of punishment. She prefers a strong, no-doubt-about-it finish but will not limit herself to looking for an opportunity to steal a victory, too. If it pisses someone off, even better.
Attire: Black cut-off tanktop with colored trim matching her current hair color (usually a shade of red or purple), black leather boy shorts, fishnet stockings matching the color of the trim, black knee-high boots. An outfit that shows off both her strength and her sexiness.
Biography: Elisabeth Hope was discovered in a New Orleans gym that specialized in judo training and kickboxing by a trainer by the name of Ian Cavanagh, a former professional wrestler mostly known for a two-year jaunt in Full Throttle Wrestling (2011-2013). He became her mentor and used his connections with Kylie and Cecilia of Trinity Wrestling to get her noticed by Action Wrestling talent ambassadors Jordan M. and Corey S., who met with the young protege prior to signing her first professional contract in April of 2019.
Lissie Hope arrived with a fervor, notching wins in her first two matches before being thrown into the fire against Sam Kidsgrove for the International Championship. That loss spiraled into a forgettable showing at Havoc Rumble 2019 and a second loss, this time in tag team competition with a new friend in Estrella Luiz. In the build-up towards Evolution 2, Lissie and Estrella feuded with Kennedy Matthews and Geri Miller, but in what was billed as a tag team feud soon shocked the Action Wrestling world when the four teamed up to form the first all-female stable in AW history. The formation of the Royal Family is known in lore as The Swerve.
With Kennedy Matthews leading the group and Lissie Hope drawing big match opportunities and steadily raising her profile, a tense battle for control would eventually become the undoing of the Royal Family. Lissie and Kennedy both made it to the quarter-finals of the inaugural Glory tournament for the vacant United States Championship, but the pressure of potentially squaring off in the semi-finals clearly got into their heads. She then embarked in a multi-match feud with Ryan Elias and defeating him in an All-In qualifier, and scored a victory in her biggest match to date, defeating Casey Holliday, who was 27-1 heading into that match. (note: C.C. Loyal's involvement in this era has been scrubbed from the history books.)
Riding a wave of momentum into AW Uprising: All In, Lissie Hope shocked the entire industry when she climbed the ladder to retrieve the All-In briefcase over legends like Teo Blaze and Wade Moor, a promising upstart in Derrick Vayden, and the early-favorite, QDT. This was the biggest moment of her career thus far.
Celebrating her achievement the week later, the fans buried all of the resentment from The Swerve, and embraced Lissie Hope as one of the biggest faces and heroes of Action Wrestling. She continued through #WrestleSeason, picking up big victories and toyed with the briefcase, using it as a tool to get into the head of the current World Champion, Dandy DiVito. Any time she could use the case as a cash-in fakeout, she utilized, which forced DiVito on the defensive as he acquired the menacing Alex Richards as a neutralizer.
Her rising profile springboarded her to a number-seven seed in the Wrestler of the Year tournament, where she drew and defeated a Hall of Famer and one of her employers, Gravedigger (under the pseudonym of Hector Rodriguez). This led to a quarter-final match-up of the ages, as Lissie Hope took on Dandy DiVito after months of a budding rivalry. Lissie defeated Dandy despite interference from Alex Richards to become an Action Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion for the first time, and became the first woman to ascend to the highest prestige in AW history.
In the semi-finals of the tournament, she put the title on the line against Frank Patrick Venable in one of the most emotionally-resonant and highest-grossing World Championship matches of all-time. Unfortunately, she was unable to emerge victorious after retributive interference from both DiVito and Richards, and her first World Championship reign would come to a quick end. The following week, she faced Dandy once again in an Anything Goes match, and following a match that began in the early moments of Turmoil, they fought throughout the night and ended with a brutal bloodbath at the end of the show, setting the record for the longest match in AW history. Her loss to DiVito squared them up at 1-1, and Lissie was shelved for 44 days as a result of the carnage. They have yet to have the rubber match.
Upon her return in January of 2020, Corey Bull had targeted Lissie Hope, building an obsessive shrine in his Warehouse to her and creating a life-size doll in her image that still escorts him to the ring to this day. This stemmed from months back when Lissie sought Corey's protection when Dandy placed a bounty on Lissie's head to steal the briefcase from her, and Lissie misunderstood Corey's promise of loyalty. They capped off with an emotional match at AW Revolution 3, a victory for Lissie Hope.
Following this, Lissie Hope challenged for the United States Championship but was brutally attacked by Kevin Bishop, someone Lissie had never interacted with prior. They spent weeks antagonizing each other until an epic battle at AW Rush, a victorious ending for Lissie Hope.
Not long after, Odin Balfore targeted Lissie Hope with unprovoked power-bombs as she prepared to finally use her briefcase. Lissie enacted her revenge on Odin by costing him a number one contendership match against Adelaide Ainsworth, which was the beginning of their unusual friendship. But as the time drew nearer for Frank Venable's World Championship defense against Addy Ainsworth, and following three brutalizing feuds with three of the darkest members of the roster, Lissie Hope saw herself changing. She saw the window of using the All-In briefcase narrowing by the day. She could no longer be patient. Or complacent. She couldn't allow anyone else to step on her throat.
During a contract signing between Addy Ainsworth and Frank Venable, Lissie Hope finally utilized her briefcase to cash-in and become a two-time Action World Heavyweight Champion.
Lissie became the Killer. The Blackheart.
Accolades: Former AW World Champion (2x), Miss All-In 2019 (cashing in on Frank Patrick Venable - 03/23/2020), Runner-Up 2020 Havoc Rumble

Theme: Billie Eilish - "bad guy" (extended outro)
Entrance:
The downtempo bass drops. The trap-heavy outro of Billie Eilish’s “bad guy” floods the arena, the booming shaking the seats underneath each audience member. They rise to their feet in anticipation of the arrival of Action Wrestling’s former two-time World Champion and All-In Briefcase holder, Lissie Hope.
I like when you get mad.
The GCWA crowd is mesmerized but still conflicted, knowing the full capabilities of Lissie Hope but still showing caution, as they are unsure just how committed she is towards adapting to this environment. But with a personal invitation to join a tournament to crown a World Championship, deep down Lissie Hope does feel wanted. She does feel desired. And that's a feeling she hasn't had in quite a long time.
You said she’s scared of me?
I mean...
I’m the bad guy.
Ha!
She enters the ring, wearing a cut-off "Villain" tee-shirt, and black and red workout pants. Though she has held the belt on two occasions, she looks down at her empty waistline and with her hands, brushes her fingers along her waist to show the outline of a championship belt. She removes the Villain t-shirt, exposing her upper ring apparel, and tosses it to the timekeeper, slowly climbing up the staircase and pausing to pose for the ringside fans.
