As you may or may not know, I've been bringing my nephew over twice a week to work out. Today he just reached his first 10 set of 10 (100!!!!) at 16 pounds. Not to bad for starting two weeks ago at 6 pounds. Plus he is able to do 100 curls at 6 pounds. I couldn't be prouder! Now if I can only get him to do more than ten minutes on the elliptical lol

My daughter is 7 and has started working out with me, I was pumped when she did sumo DL 3x5 with 30lbs

Jake hit another milestone. Yesterday he did his first 100 reps (10 sets of 10) at 22 pounds and did 100 sit-ups!
